Job Description

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including emails, phone calls, correspondence, and visitor reception.
  • Oversee company document management.
  • Arrange travel for employees.
  • Order office supplies and liaise with vendors.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and internal company events.
  • Coordinate customer complaints.
  • Maintain a welcoming and comfortable office environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an office administrator, staff clerk, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Latvian and good spoken and written English.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, kind, and positive attitude.
