The purpose of your work is to act as a client advocate and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. You would create and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, explore their needs, and communicate your findings internally and based on those participating in the development of new service concepts and development scenarios. You would also collect and analyze consumer behaviour patterns, prepare project documentation, resolve complaints and issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
