Digital Marketing Specialist

• Implementation/adjustment of company online marketing strategy focused on lead generation & brand awareness.
• Plann & execute online marketing campaigns compliant with company marketing strategy & communication in all digital channels (Adwords, SEO, email marketing, affiliate, social, display, programmatic).
• Analyze & report online campaigns’ performance indicators.
• Plan & implement online campaigns’ efficiency optimisation (CR, CPL, CPA optimization, work with Google Analytics) including online tools implementation.
• Maintain the company’s website and company’s social network pages in line with company marketing strategy.
• Monitore market and competitors’ identifying new trends in competitor and consumer behavior, identifying new marketing opportunities for the company in the market.
• Manage promo campaigns’ and offers’ implementation in order to reach bussiness objectives in online sales channel.
• Create new ideas and making suggestions for methods of reaching target audiences by use of internet tools.

• 3-5+ years of experience in the online marketing field - lead genetation experience, websites development will be an advantage.
• Have an undergraduate degree (Business, Economics, Marketing).
• Knowledge and experience in digital media and campaign planning, realization and analysis (Adwords, SEO, email marketing, affiliate, social, display, programmatic, Google Analytics).
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Google web tools, Photoshop – will be an advantage).
• Knowledge of English, Russian and Latvian.
• Drive for results, action oriented, ability to plan and align, self-development oriented, good customer focus skills.
